Uploading Your Event Content

Last updated on June 19, 2025

Your event’s first impression lives here. The Content section lets you upload your visuals, write enticing descriptions, and shape how your show appears across CloudJoi — from listings to newsletters.

What You’ll Fill In

This section sits under Settings > Content, and includes:

📌 Poster (Required)

  • Purpose: The main visual used in event listings, homepages, and search results.

  • Specs: A3 ratio (vertical), max 5MB

  • Tips: Use high-res, eye-catching design with minimal text. Think of this as your event’s billboard.

🖼️ Horizontal Banner (Optional)

  • Purpose: Featured on the homepage, billboards, or email campaigns.

  • Specs: 2:0.9 ratio (wide), max 5MB

  • Tips: Use a clean crop or design variation of your poster. Avoid text-heavy designs.

  • Specs: 4:3 ratio (Landscape), JPEG, PNG, GIF formats, 5MB max per file

  • Tips: Think of this as your storytelling space. Use it to build trust, excitement, and emotional resonance.

✏️ Short Description (Required)

Language Tips

CloudJoi currently supports single-language listings.
If your audience speaks multiple languages:

  • Start with English (for global accessibility)

  • Add secondary languages underneath in the same body field
    Example:

A dazzling night of jazz and spoken word.
    一個閃亮的爵士與詩歌之夜。

Best Practices

  • Avoid all caps and over-formatting.

  • Use images only if they add meaning.

  • Keep paragraphs short — especially for mobile readers.

  • Match your poster with your event tone and genre.
