When viewing your guest list in the Organizer App, you’ll notice a color next to each ticket or order. Here’s what they mean:
🔴 Not Checked In

The guest hasn’t arrived yet

Their ticket is still valid and ready to be scanned

They’re still on your “expected” list
🟢 Checked In

The guest has successfully entered the event

Their ticket was scanned or manually checked in
-
No further action needed — they’re inside
🟠 Partially Checked In

Only some tickets in this order have been checked in

Often happens with group purchases (e.g. 4 tickets, only 2 people arrived)

The same QR code can still be used to check in remaining guests from that same order
💡 Tip for ushers:
Always confirm the number of people in the group and check how many have already been scanned in — this helps avoid duplicate check-ins or missed entries.
