Once your event ends, CloudJoi prepares a Settlement Report — a full breakdown of your earnings after service fees, taxes, and any agreed deductions. This is what determines the final amount we’ll transfer to your bank account.

Sales totals shown in the Sales tab do not include fees or SST. The Settlement Report is the only place where you’ll see your final net payout.

If Monday is a public holiday, it will be prepared on the next working day
