  • This helps us collect bank details in case the original payment method (e.g. credit card or e-wallet) is rejected or expired

  • Refunds will be processed based on the submitted form

  • Patrons will receive an email confirmation once their refund is completed

  • Typical full cycle = ~30 days from event cancellation
