Some ticketing features are only available for events with seat map integration or through CloudJoi’s internal setup. These advanced options help organisers manage premium seating, blocked rows, and bundled experiences — ideal for complex or high-demand events.
This article breaks down what’s available and how to request it.
Seat Map-Linked Tiers
If your event uses a custom seat map (designed by CloudJoi), your tiers will appear as color-coded zones on the seating layout.
What You Can Do:
-
Assign ticket tiers to specific sections
-
Choose colours that match FOH signage or printed tickets
-
Create reserved seat allocations per zone
📌 You cannot manage seat maps on your own. To enable, submit your venue layout to CloudJoi during event setup.
Blocking Seats
Used to reserve seats for:
-
Sponsors
-
Camera zones
-
Internal allocations or stage obstructions
How It Works:
-
CloudJoi blocks the selected seats on the backend
-
Blocked seats won’t appear for public sale
-
They still count toward venue capacity
Organiser Override:
You can still assign blocked seats manually by creating a Reserved, Complimentary, or Offline Order in your dashboard — useful for last-minute VIPs.
Group Tickets (Self-Managed)
You can create Group Ticket Tiers (e.g. “Buy 4 for RM120”) right in the ticketing setup.
How:
-
When creating a new ticket tier, select Group Ticket
-
Set number of tickets required + group price
✅ Visible at checkout
🧾 Counted in revenue + capacity
Bundles & Passes (CloudJoi-Assisted)
These are multi-session or multi-show passes (e.g. “Festival 3-Day Pass” or “1 ticket = 2 events”).
Organisers cannot create these manually.
To request:

Our team will set it up and send for preview/approval
